I'd like to see that type of thing make the national news, people might think twice before sending money to them.
That's a good question Tony. The American media especially, is very selective in what stories it wants viewers to see. For example, for almost two years, CNN could just as well have been called the Scott & Laci Peterson channel, or in 1995/96, the OJ channel. If a major celeb like McCartney were to hold a press conference showing how deceptive groups like PETA were, then maybe it would get more headlines.
